Support
For access, session, location, or chat issues, include your nickname, selected country, approximate time, device type, and a short explanation of what happened.
Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment details, government documents, or private photos for ordinary support questions. If a screenshot is needed, remove unrelated personal information from the image before sending it.
Safety and reports
For harassment, scams, spam, threats, impersonation, illegal content, or image abuse, include the other user's nickname, approximate time, country flag if visible, and a short description. Do not include sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the report.
If there is immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the relevant authority in your area first. Chatuw can review site-related abuse reports, but it is not an emergency response service.
